Office Manager Denise has been with IVAH since 1996. She has an Associates Degree from Montgomery County Community College, and is currently atttending La Salle University. Having Completed the Hill's Pet Nutrition Training Program, she specializes in the dietary needs of your pets. Denise enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband Pat, and four daughters - Caitlin, Lauren, Brianna and Allie. All of her four legged family memebers have been adopted from IVAH, and they include Charlie, a chow / shepherd mix, four cats - Sandy, Polly, James and Frannie, two guinea pigs, Fudge and Peanut, and lastly Tumbles the hamster |

Lead Veterinary Technician/Inventory Manager Work Experience: I have worked in the veterinary field since 1990 and have been at IVAH for 10years. I began my career working in the kennel and gradually worked my way up to technician work. I am certified by the American Society of Veterinary Dental Technicians. My job includes all aspects of medical care including dental cleanings, x-rays, anesthesia and nursing care of hospitalized patients. I currently also maintain and manage inventory. Hobbies: Spending time with her 3 children Guardian of: 3 dogs(Murphy, Jett and Chi Chi), 1 kitten that adopted me and 1 Parakeet named Petey. |

Certified Veterinary Technician / Client Relation Specialist Alicia has been with IVAH since 2010. She has an Associates Degree from LCCC, and will be a Certified Veterinary Technician after she passes the state boards on December 12, 2011. Her hobbies include horseback riding and spending time with her pets. She shares her home with her husband, Mike, their two pit mixes Trouble and Bambi, four cats - Diva, Mojo, Bosley and Shaq, Tubbs and Crockett the guinea pigs, and LJ the horse. There is usually a foster animal or 2 in the mix as well. CONGRATULATIONS to Alicia on passing her state boards!!!!!

Certified Veterinary Technician Michelle graduated Harcum College with a degree in Veterinary Technology, and has been certified since passing the state boards in 2008. She has worked in the veterinary field for 6 years, and has been at IVAH since 2010. She enjoys riding her horse Carter, and competing in Hunter / Jumper shows. Spending time with her dogs, Bella, Kahlua and Sierra, and her cats, Smokey and Lola is also on the top of her list. |

Certified Veterinary Technician Born: Reading, Chester County, Pa Erin is a multi-faceted employee! She has many varied interests, from her love of animals and rescue to her interest in aesthetics! Raised and living in Chester County, she is a graduate of St. Pius X, Empire Beauty School (PA licensed cosmotologist) and attended Penn State (Animal Science) and is a graduate of Harcum College with a degree in Veterinary Technology. Her little loves are her dogs, Noodle and Bailey. The two "Hobbies" keep her very busy! |

Veterinary Assistant Having been a former client of Dr. Hufnagle's, I chose to work part time at IVAH as a retirement career. After many years of working as a nurse, I have not looked back. Work Experience: Previously a human nurse, and several years at IVAH Hobbies: My husband and I enjoy showing and breeding Bearded Collies. Our vacations consist of traveling to regional and natiional specialties all over the US and Canada with our dogs, where we have developed many friendships among other "Beardie" lovers. Our two children are grown and busy with families of their own, which we also enjoy both as parents and as grandparents. My other passion is my garden, which has led to other friends and activities with garden club members. All in all, retirement has proven to be a very busy time of my life |

Lead Client Relation Specialist Our outdoor enthusiast, Catherine can always be found hiking, boating and swimming in the mountains of Pennsylvania and Virginia. Music is her passion, and she's always into a good book. Since graduating from CB West, she's been serving the community as a professional custumer service representative. This love of providing assistance to the human variety, combined with her passion for animals (and animal rights) brought her to IVAH in 2009. Being the mother of 3 grown daughters, Catherine is a very busy and involved Grandmother to ten grandchildren. She is proud to be owned by her African Grey of 25 years named Ramoth. |

Client Relation Specialist Anne has been a lifelong resident of the area and started bringing her pets to IVAH from the mid 1980's! Graduating with honors from Gwynedd Mercy College, Anne managed a multi-physician, multi-location Gastroenterology Medical Practice for nearly 25 years. Upon her retirement from medicine, she taught elementary school in the C.B.S.D. In 2005, she joined the team at IVAH. Anne and her husband have 8 children, one grandchild, and is fortunate to share her home with two dogs and a cat! Her hobbies are the pets and reading. She is kept busy outside of IVAH watching her grandchild. |
