William Tancredi, DVM — Chief of Staff
Dr. William (Bill) Tancredi, our Chief of Staff, received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from St. George's University. He completed his clinical rotations at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine. Originally from Chadds Ford, Dr. Tancredi earned his undergraduate degree in Animal Bioscience from Penn State, where he rowed for the crew team. He is the owner of a bat-eared rescue dog named Nittany. In his spare time, Dr. Tancredi enjoys running, rowing, writing and is an avid football fan ("We Are!").
H. Scott Hufnagle, VMD
Dr. Hufnagle has been practicing at Indian Valley Animal Hospital for more than 35 years. He grew up in Perkasie and currently resides in West Rockhill, PA. He received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1965 and his VMD degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine in 1969.
Dr. Hufnagle also has experience practicing veterinary medicine in Quakertown and Perkasie. His medical interests include theriogenology (the branch of veterinary medicine concerned with reproduction), surgery and dermatology. When not at work, Dr. Hufnagle enjoys gardening, fly fishing, golfing and spending time with his grandchildren. He has one dog and three cats at home.
Patricia Curran, VMD
Dr. Curran is a veterinarian at Indian Valley Animall Hospital. She was born and raised in Doylestown, Pennsylvania where she currently resides with her three cats and cockatiel. Dr. Curran graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology from Holy Family College in Philadelphia before attending and graduating from the Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, where she earned a VMD degree in 1999.
Dr. Curran loves all animals, especially dogs. She also loves art, music, traveling and meditation.
