dr-janice-wilson-dvm-dogsDr. Janice Wilson, our Chief of Staff, was born in Houston and raised in San Angelo, TX. She received both undergraduate and veterinary degrees from Texas A&M University, graduating from veterinary school second in her class. Dr. Wilson was then selected for an internship at Ryan Veterinary Hospital, one the University of Pennsylvania's two specialty veterinary teaching hospitals, which gave her an additional year of training with specialists and teaching students.

Dr. Wilson planned on moving back to Texas after the internship, but decided she liked the area (and weather) and has been here ever since. She went on to practice at the Gwynedd Veterinary Hospital from 1999-2003; the Center for Animal Referral and Emergency Services (CARES) from 2003-2010; here at Indian Valley Animal Hospital from 2010-2012; and the Family Pet Clinic from 2012-2016. We're so glad to have her back on our team!
