The morning starts out quiet in our large reception area.

For your pets comfort and safety, we provide a divided waiting area. Dogs in the main lobby, kitties in a secluded alcove.


	PetCARE educational videos are continuously available in our waiting area. All of the videos are written and narrated by well respected Doctors of Veterinary medicine that have years of experience in pet care. Topics include how to care for your new pet in the first few days at its new home, to how to recognize signs your pet may need to see your Veterinarian.


	Check In - This is where it all begins. Our Client relations specialists are here to greet and assist you and your pet.


	IVAH has four examination rooms and a consultation room. Two rooms are equipped with large scales for precise weighing of your large breed pet and a radiograph imager aids the Doctors in providing a visual for our clients in the consult room.


	Our treatment room is where our technicians administer basic procedures to your pet.


	IVAH has the ability to run any diagnostic test available to veterinarians today. We use a combination of our own laboratory equipment for fast diagnosis, as well as outside labs and a network of university diagnostic centers through out the country. Our staff microscopically examines dozens of specimens for parasites daily.


	Our recently upgraded digital radiography equipment allows us to make a diagnosis faster and with greater accuracy.


	Our fully equipped surgery suite provides for the performance of a wide variety of surgical procedures from soft tissue surgery to orthopedic surgery. .

Two seperate areas of the kennel allow for our patients to benefit from the seclusion of canine and feline areas. While awaiting surgery, our patients are monitored by our veterinarians and a skilled team of technicians. Each condo has its own identification board with patient specific instructions and updates. Upon arrival, each pet is given an identification band. Blankets are provided for each of our patients comfort.


	IVAH’s full service Pharmacy. We maintain a complete inventory of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, shampoos and heartworm preventatives to meet the needs of your pet.

After your pet's visit with us, checkout is the place to pick up supplies such as heartworm preventative, shampoos or special diets. The same quality and reliability you've come to expect from us for your pet's medical needs, can be found in our pet supplies. All of the products and premium foods we carry are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We will update your pets medical history and provide you with any special instructions from your Veterinarian. We will also assist you in the scheduling of follow up visits at this time .
